"Monday, Monday, ba da, ba da da da, ba da, ba da da da"...anybody remember that song by the Mamas and the Papas? I was a kid when that song first became popular.
I think that most people don't look forward to Monday, since it's the first day back to work for those who's jobs require Monday - Friday. I actually look forward to Mondays. Being the pastors of our church, our primary 'work' days are Saturday and Sunday, with Sunday being the 'major' work day for us. We do work during the rest of the week, as well, however, we are privileged to sort of 'make our own hours'. Sundays are very long days for us. We are up early and go all day long at full speed! By the end of the day we are exhausted! So we look forward to Monday, which is our "day off", if you could say we have an actual day off. Monday is our equivalent to most people's Saturday. So, on this Monday, I'm enjoying my 'day off'. Slept in, lazed around drinking coffee and watching wedding shows on tv, then hanging out on my computer, not doing much of anything. Feels good! Hope you all are enjoying your Monday. Make it a good one! :-)

I am just about ready to declare our Monday's our rest day-our Sabbath. Every other day after that is a movement toward the next thing. So glad your day turned out....how wonderful that someone else had a camera! (by the way, don't think I'll ever change the settings on my keyboard without a smile as I remember your wonderful post on the topic.)
I wasn't able to make it over yesterday. We had a big construction cleanup job that we'll finish up today. Exhausting! But a blessing financially.
Glad you had a good Monday.
