Today is going pretty good so far. Met with two of our guitar players at church this morning to work on some new music for worship. (And we nailed down two more songs, and, I don't change voices on the keyboard for either of them, lol) It helped take my mind off the loss of our little Bunno, who died yesterday. In times of great heartache and some of my hardest trials, practicing music with my band and just hanging out with them for fellowship, hs been such a blessing to me and helped me concentrate on the here and now and the blessings of God in my life. This Saturday will be Hubs' annual Pastor's Prayer Breakfast for all the men in the church. After the breakfast, we are planning a whole-band practice, then will instroduce another new song on Sunday for worship service. Our goal is to learn at least one new song each month. So far, we've learned two for January and now another two for February. We're on a roll. I think I shared in a previous post that our band virtually never gets to practice, and our music has become pretty stale. But everyone is pumped up to have more practices and to learn more music, so we're excited to be a part of exciting changes that are planned for our church as a whole. :-) More on that at another time. But, toodles for now, peeps.

So glad you're doing better. Great to have distraction and learning new songs in the process.
I'm looking out my window as I type and the snow is coming down hard. Looks like we're in for another one. Oh, when will spring be here?!
God bless!
I'm glad your still on the ol' blogging saddle... very impressive that you've kept up your daily writings :-)
