Just in case I don't get a chance later today to do this, I wanted to do some kind of post for today, just so I keep up with my goal. This morning will be our Women's Ministries meeting in the "ice palace" (will post pics either tonight or tomorrow), then in the afternoon we have a funeral, then back to the church to tear down the ice palace. :-( The ice palace turned out sooo good, and I was able to get a ton of the decorations for, literally, pennies. I went to Party City and they were trying to get rid of the last of their Christmas/winter decorations, so the manager said I could have whatever I wanted for 25 cents per item. Then I went to Joann's and got some winter garlands that were reduced to 90%. That meant the garlands, which normally cost $29.99, were only $2.99. Hooray! And back in this post, I showed you the pics of the icicles I got on clearance at the Dollar Tree for only fifty cents for every two icicles. I think I got some pretty good buys, huh! :) When I show the pics later on, you'll be able to see everything finished, candles glowing, maybe the new pics will show the "foggy haze" in the room that was an added bonus to see!
