My Desk

So this is a little shot of my desk all set up in my new room. It's the only thing I've gotten organized so far. I have gone thru most of my boxes and gotten rid of a LOT of stuff, and now I have stacks of books sitting in the floor waiting for my bookcase to be moved inside. Then I'm getting a chair and a table with a reading lamp to put in the corner next to the bookcase. I'll re-cover a nifty little footstool I got at an estate sale, and put it in front of the chair, so when I want to just sit and reaad, I can put my feet up and become a "chair" potato.

I think I'm about organized enough to get started on finishing up stuff for the bridal shower. I have an old computer desk that will be my "work" station for crafts and sewing. That way, hopefully, I can keep my desk all neat and pretty, and make my messes on the craft desk.
Well, I guess that's about all I have for today. Unless something strikes my fancy to write about later, that is. Not very likely, though. So, until tomorrow, :)
