Shower Day

Today was the bridal shower. We had been expecting 16 people, but due to illnesses and injuries and lack of babysitters, we had only 12 show. But the shower went well, anyhow. I took a ton of pictures, which I have to go thru and decide which ones to post, and right now it's late and I am exhausted, so I won't post pics until later. Everyone had a good time, the bride-to-be was very happy, plus she got lots of sexy little nighties for her honeymoon!
Oh, yea, after the shower was over and everyone left, hubby came home and wanted to go out to dinner. So we went out to IHOP and got a bite to eat. We werent' gone more than an hour, if that long. When we got home, we absolutely no electicity. I asked hubby if he forgot to pay the electric bill. He said no, he'd paid it. We weren just about to get out some flashlights and he was preparing to go buy some new batteries, when all of a sudden, the lights came back on. But it was about 15 minutes or so after we got home that the power returned. Then I had to round up all the animals and bring them inside. Still trying to catch George. He escaped, and keeps running from me, so I'm still trying to get him to come inside.
Well, I will post pics and write all about the party at a later time. Just wanted to keep up with my daily posting for today. TTFN, :)
