Finally got a prototype of the invitation for the Bridal Shower done. Here it is. It was very time-consuming to weave the ribbon thru those tiny little slots made by the ribbon punch. Since I have to make around 20, I need to find a shortcut. Anybody out there have any tips?

Love the invites! You are very creative..... who is having a wedding?
They are cute...On your Scrapbooking program I think there is a way to just make the look of ribbon woven in...Something to check out; however, good work my frnd.

I've worked with pieces like that before. Lay the ribbon over the slit and push through with the dull side of a needle. You can also pull up the loop with a needle as well. Works great. ~Cheryl
What cute cards!! Advice? Start now! LOL! Love your blog..thanks for asking about my centerpieces. We ended up using some little straw purses from the $1 bins at Target and put candy in them and tied them with pink/green polka dot ribbon. They turned out really cute!
Brenda that is a very sweet invitation.
I know you were interested in good mail and while I was browsing around I found this site homeschoolmommyfromoklahoma.blogspot She has a mail swap going but I think you get one partner. Check it out and good luck
