Car Crash

Just as I was about to post my last entry, kidlet called and said she had just been involved in a car accident. My worst fear! She’s been driving for about 6 months now, and she’s not exactly the safest driver in the world. But, this time, it was not her driving that caused the accident. She was sitting at a red light, and got rearended, and the impact pushed her into the car in front of her. So, she became a car sandwich. I thank God that she, nor anyone else, was injured. Her cute little car got pretty narlied up, though. Hubs and I raced to the scene of the accident, and found that her car was the only one that seemed to have any real damage. Great! Well, at least everyone involved has insurance. And again, I’m thankful to the Lord that no one was hurt. Cars can be fixed - not always so with lives. And, just maybe, this will make her be a little more safe in her own driving. Well, one can hope, right!
