I know I've been away for a long time, and when I finally got around to posting about the past month, it just got too long for one post. So here's the catch-up.
This past Saturday, May 17th, was our Women's Ministries' trip to "Paris". Well, not exactly Paris, France, but more like Paris, Church Fellowship Hall style. It started out with these gorgeous invitations/tickets that Esther made. The envelopes, the outside of the card, and the inside with it's little ticket tucked in the left side.
The room decor:
The buffet and dessert tables:
Each guest received one of these suckers as a party favor:
The tables for four were dresses in pink tablecloths, with a black and white gingham topper. 2' tall bud vases held pink roses with black filler and Eiffel Towers on two sides. White lace-trimmed napkins were folded into Fleur-de-lis pattern and napkin rings were black bands with an Eiffel Tower at the top. Pink Eiffel Tower photo holders reserved tables for each group.
The event was a great success, except for the fact that the a/c in the room did not work, and we all were about to "die" from the heat. You take a room that's already been heated from the oven being on in the adjoining kitchen, 90 degree weather outside, an a/c that isn't working, and fill it full of women who are all busily chattering away, and you get a temperature reading of about 1,000 degrees farenheit! lol
O, and here's a few pics of the "chatterboxes" - :)
Hope you enjoyed our trip to Paris as much as our ladies. Au revoir!

Hi Brenda, It looks like all the ladies enjoyed their elegant time in 'Paris' inspite of the heat. Beautiful!
God bless,
Brenda
Girl!! Amazing attention to detail! I love everything you've done/created. The room looked like one of those expensive "tea-rooms" (which I adore!!) Very classy!!!
My grandson's pirate party is going to be held on June 21rst... your invited of course :-P
It was decorated so beautifully!
Ooh la la!
